The programmes behind 1,500+ professionals trained.
Delivered under contract to a federal central agency in both official languages, as prime contractor. Taught at the Schulich School of Business (York University) and the Sprott School of Business (Carleton University). Every programme is built on constructive alignment and measured against capability improvement, not attendance.
Three programmes
Executive AI Literacy
One-to-two-day intensive for leadership teams: what AI changes about decisions, risk, and accountability. Guarantee: measurable capability improvement.
AI Governance for Leaders
Treasury Board Directive alignment, Algorithmic Impact Assessments, and board-level oversight duties, in plain language, with working artefacts.
Prompt Engineering & AI Fluency
Hands-on capability for professional teams: delegation, description, discernment, diligence. Custom content and participant materials included.
Why training usually fails, and what we do differently
Roughly 70 per cent of what determines whether an AI initiative succeeds is people, process and governance. Not the technology. Most AI training inverts that: a day on tools, and nothing changes on Monday because the decisions, the accountability and the approval paths were never touched.
Every programme here is built on the 70 per cent. Participants leave able to make and defend a decision, not able to recite a tool.
What is it costing you now?
Take the three decisions your leadership team has deferred this year because nobody could confidently evaluate an AI proposal. Multiply the loaded cost of the people in that room by the weeks each one sat. Add the work redone because an AI output went unchecked, and the licences you are paying for that nobody uses.
Most executive teams reach a number well above a workshop before they finish the third line. That number, not our fee, is the one the decision should turn on.
Fixed price, quoted before kickoff.
| Format | What it produces | Investment |
|---|---|---|
| Full-day workshop (the standard) | A leadership team aligned on where AI changes their decisions, their risk and their accountability, with working artefacts produced in the room | From $8,500 CAD, fixed price |
| Half-day workshop | A shared baseline for one team where the need is alignment rather than applied artefacts | From $4,500 CAD, fixed price |
| Multi-session programme | Department-wide capability over 4 to 12 weeks, milestone-gated, with delivery metrics per milestone | From $40,000 CAD, fixed price |
| Public masterclass cohort | Individual leaders, two 3-hour sessions, per-seat registration | $1,500 CAD per seat. Minimum cohort of five |
Every engagement is quoted as a single fixed price before kickoff. These are entry points, not day rates: the price is set by the audience, the depth, and what the session produces. No hourly billing. No change orders for work already in scope.
Workshops and programmes carry the 30-day applied-capability clinic: a working session one month after delivery, at no additional charge, that measures what participants can now do rather than what they attended. Capability improvement is the deliverable. If it is not there, the clinic is repeated.
The public masterclass carries deliverable correction only. It does not carry the clinic or a service credit.
Government of Canada
Half-day and full-day workshop engagements sit under the $40,000 sole-source ceiling in the Government Contracts Regulations, taxes included, which lets a department contract directly rather than compete a small requirement. The multi-session programme starts at $40,000 before tax, which is $45,200 with tax applied, so it sits above that ceiling and is a competitive requirement rather than a directed one; we scope and price it on that basis from the first conversation. Bilingual delivery, Official Languages coverage, and Treasury Board Directive on Automated Decision-Making alignment are standard scope, not extras.
A conference breakout and a workshop are different products. A 45-minute session at a departmental learning day is a speaking slot. A half or full-day workshop is a scoped engagement with pre-work, applied artefacts and a 30-day capability clinic. We deliver both; they are not priced against each other.
Government tiers are scope-reduced, never discounted. The price reflects what is delivered.
